Beginning Brioche Class | Beginner's Brioche Cowl

Do you want to try brioche but find it intimidating? Come and learn brioche with us! Brioche is intuitive, so much fun, and with the skills you learn in this class, the whole wide wonderful world of brioche will be yours. Class will be held over two sessions. Ravelry pattern included in the cost of the class; printed copy will be provided when you get to class & the digital copy will be sent to your Ravelry account.

Project Description: Lavanya Patricella's Beginner Brioche Cowl

What You Will Learn: How to knit brioche in the round.

Skills Required: Intermediate knitting skills.  

Materials Needed, to be purchased from Seed Stitch: 
US 11 16” circular needles
1 Stitch marker
106 yards of Bulky yarn (color A in pattern)
90 yards of Bulky yarn (color B in pattern)

It is important to have your homework done prior to class. make sure you choose highly contrasting colors of yarn   

Homework: Using size 11 16" needle and Color A, cast on 58 stitches.  Being careful not to twist your stitches, place marker and join to knit in the round.  Round 1: "P1, K1", repeat to end of round.  Please have this ready when you get to class.
