Earrings Make Along

Calling all makers for a Valentine/Spring earring make along! This class will run as an open workshop/make time where we will provide patterns for a few designs (think: knit/crochet hearts, crochet flowers, and granny squares), and all the materials needed in order to wear those earrings home by the end of the night. Bring your hooks and your brightest skeins from Seed Stitch Store, and we’ll provide hypoallergenic earring mounts in two styles and colors, materials for stiffening and blocking your makes (if desired)! Come celebrate the love and joy that our Local Yarn Store brings into our little corner of the world!

We’ll provide:

• Hypoallergenic earring mounts in two styles (hook – with rubber backs, and circle clasp) and silver or gold
• Quick dry fabric stiffener
• Stuffing for your knit heart earrings (or just bring your yarn end scraps!)
• Blocking mats/pins (earrings should dry in just minutes)

You’ll learn:

• How to make and block knit/crocheted earrings
• Comes with free patterns and ideas

Skills Required:

Basic knit/crochet knowledge

Materials needed, to be purchased from Seed Stitch:

• Yarn (in any weight) – see various pictures for measurements
• Needles/hooks to match your chosen yarn
• Darning needle
